The Western Canadian Learning Network Society (WCLN) is a non-profit consortium of school divisions across Western Canada. Our mission is to develop high quality online learning resources and tools to support schools in serving their students. WCLN is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including students, teachers, and administrators, in compliance with applicable student privacy laws and regulations. WCLN works with our member schools and divisions as well as third party providers to facilitate the use of our resources and tools.
WCLN does not provide direct services to students nor do we collect their personal information. Our member schools individually host and manage their own Learning Management Systems(LMS) and Student Management Systems(SMS). Each school is responsible for maintaining their individual delivery systems in compliance with their local board’s policy and Provincial or Territorial privacy laws and regulations.
