I'm really sorry for the delay in getting this fixed.

We truly had a team going all-out to solve this problem over the last week.

Thanks to Derek, Jim, and WIRIS support, along with some long days, it seems to be resolved.

Hopefully this general post is more efficient than hitting all the individual forums.
