WCLN LTI Source Plugin

This plugin will allow WCLN LTI Books and Pages to show up in courses without an IFrame. This has several advantages:

  • No ugly IFrame border around content.
  • Height of content is not limited by Moodle.
  • Tall lesson content such as games will now be playable. Otherwise, a lot of media will be cut-off and unusable.
  • Students won't feel like they are accessing a different site.
  • Much more polished look.

Adding this Plugin to your Site

  1. Visit the Moodle plugin directory.
  2. Click 'Install now' to install the plugin to your Moodle site.

or

  1. Visit the Moodle plugin directory.
  2. Click 'Download' to download a zip folder containing the plugin.
  3. Extract the files from the zip.
  4. Place the folder 'message_handler' in 'mod/lti/source/'.
  5. Login to your Moodle site as an administrator and install the plugin.
